About the role
Help shape the homestead, fields, and village spaces in Fields — a calm, realistic Unity farm sim. You will block out playable areas, tune pacing between chores and exploration, and make the world readable at a glance.
Responsibilities
Lay out farm plots, paths, barn interiors, and town spaces in Unity
Iterate on player flow for planting, harvesting, animal care, and seasonal tasks
Collaborate on greybox-to-polish handoff with art and gameplay
Document design intent, metrics, and iteration notes for a solo-led project
Requirements
Portfolio with level or world design work — preferably life sim, farming, or cozy games
Comfort blocking in Unity and working from reference for realistic outdoor spaces
Strong eye for readability, sightlines, and day-to-day player loops
Self-directed remote collaboration; clear written communication
